Permanent station summary - AAS2
The GNET station, AAS2, is installed in the town of Aasiaat and has been so since 2022.
AAS2 is installed very close to the old GNET station in Aasiaat, named AASI. AAS2 was installed and has replaced AASI, because AASI had a too low foundation, which caused the antenna to be covered in snow.
